Circa 1953, my mother and me - as they say in all languages: "No hay nada mas grande que el amor de madre"
Marjorie
Clotilde was always a lady, refined, educated, well grounded and had great inner strength. I respected her and found her interesting as a child. I’d like to reconnect. With John.

Fortunately, Mama was admired, loved and hugged - right up until the very end - as shown here ... as we all should be!

A detailed sketch my mother drew while still in high school - I am certain the brownstone is still there in Washington DC, looking just as it appears here -

My Mother, Clotilde, loved music almost as much as she loved babies .. this video is of a trio in the park that played there regularly in the summer (near the UN) - throughout the "show", they played some tunes just for her - you can see how happy she was to hear them

MGM - they should have spotted her -

The only picture from her childhood - she was the youngest of 5

Here is my mother at Radcliffe with two friends. She is the one on the left, assisting in lifting up a classmate they are clearly bonding with. A classic 40s shot - among many to be posted here. Such youthfulness and apparent joy are poignant to see.

This captures her sweet and loving nature
